Offline Visual Art Classes, At Stepping Stones School, Sector 37-D, Chandigarh

EVENT: Visual Art Class.

COST: Free Visual Art Class.

TIMINGS: From 3 pm to 5 pm, on every Saturday. Keep a tab on Whatsapp channel for latest updates.

VENUE: Stepping Stones Senior Secondary School, Sector 37-D, Chandigarh, India.

PARTICIPENT AGE: Kids (5+ years onward), yougsters, adults and professionals.

SCOPE OF ART CLASSES: Fundamentals of visual art, still life, landscape, abstract art, portrait, and craft-work using graphite pencil, charcoal, soft pastel colors, watercolor, acrylic color, and oil colors.

REGISTRATION: For registration call the faculty. Seats are limited, and registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

SAFETY & SECURITY: Participants are solely responsible for the safekeeping and management of their personal art materials. It is important to ensure that all personal items are clearly labelled with your name to prevent any loss or confusion.

DECORUM & DECIPLINE: We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. A collective effort to preserve a neat environment contributes significantly to a conducive learning atmosphere.

ART SUPPLIES: Participants are required to procure and bring their own art supplies. 

1. Graphite Art Supplies – Surface (Canson smooth hot press 250+ gsm paper for graphite sketching), executive bond sheets for practice, examination board, 2mm, .5mm & .9mm Staedtler mechanical pencil with 2B leads, Staedtler graphite wood pencils (2H, F, HB, 2B, 4B, EE), Micron pen (003, 005, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 08), Camlin charcoal sticks (compressed), erasers (rubber, Apsara vinyl, kneaded, Tombow mono zero eraser and Brusto electric eraser), Staedtler sharpeners for 2mm lead and wood pencils, sand-paper for lead sharpen, blending stumps, small and medium round filbert makeup brush, ruler and graphite/charcoal fixative spray.
2. Watercolor Art Supplies – Surface (Canson heavy hot pressed 300 GSM paper – size A4 & A5), color wheel, professional / artists series watercolor (set of 12 color 10 ML+ tubes), brushes (no 2, 4, 6, 8 flat, round, quill mop, 1/2 inch thick flat mop and liners, A4+ size Khyati palette, 1/2 and 1 inch masking tapes, masking fluid pen, 2 water jars, water, sea sponge, rag cotton cloth, tissue paper, hand sanitizer / alcohol.
3. Acrylic Art Supplies – Surface (Canson heavy hot pressed 300 GSM paper or primed mounted canvas on hardboard – size A4 or A3), professional / artists series acrylic colors (set of 12 color 10 ML+ tubes), brushes (no 2, 4, 6, 8 flat, round, quill mop, 1/2 inch thick flat mop and liners, A4+ size Khyati palette, 1/2 and 1 inch masking tapes, transparent gesso, palette knife (small, medium and big), white texture, retarder, 2 water jars, water and rag cotton cloth.
